Brief Development History -

I developed these for my car, a 1973 Dodge Challenger, a day time running light product called Illumin8s for muscle cars and hotrods that is multifunctional.  By multifunctional, the units have multiple LED arrays that change color to remain compliant for front of vehicle illumination and directional indication.  The applications are endless and provide an added safety benefit of letting you be seen before being heard in traffic.  The installation is plug and play and uses the vehicles existing 1157 socket connection.  The actuation is simply done by toggling the first position on the headlight switch.  The once amber parking lights are now bright white daytime running lights.  A special circuit has been added to the LED arrays to switch between the white LED array and amber LED array at a set rate to act as the turn signal indicator.  When the turn signal is cancelled the white LED array will remain illuminated.  When the parking lights are not actuated the amber LED array acts as the regular turn signal bulb.   Simple yet functional.
